Handpicked from mature heirloom Criollo and Forrestero trees, our cacao beans are a labor of love from small family farms in the Amazon Rainforest. Each bean embodies the rich flavor and quality that is uniquely Peruvian.
The journey of our cacao begins with hand-harvesting of the pods. The beans are then carefully removed, fermented, and sun-dried. The dried beans make their way to Lima, where they undergo further processing and preparation for export. We proudly present our range of cacao products:
